I played guitar on this record for Marti way back….great tune-great singer-great producer! Dixon/Jones. Happy to have been a part of their musical history over all these years.

This stuff is just so damn good. On this track I got to sing backup vocals ala The Jordanaires….(Mr Pendike-style) which is always a blessing…….so remember, to quote the reverend….”If God would have meant us to eat waffles-he would have given us lips….like snowshoes…”

There must be something in the water that flows inside the blood of these Franklin Brothers! Randy, Tommy, and now Scott! Yay!!

And second track I got to do along with Terry Draper (of Klaatu fame) from his solo cd “Searching”. His usual brilliant production and cool artwork by Ted Jones! Quite an honor…:-)

This is a band formed by Reid Mansell, a guy I have worked with since he came in to my studio in Clover, SC as a member of Hardsoul Poets. He is still writing and performing sometimes today-and extremely talented. All the records I did with him are great. Check out Startown!
