7/5/18–In A Little Tango-new video!!!

So in celebration of our first year’s anniversary of releasing “Sub Textural” by Jamie And Steve-we are releasing this very cool video of the tune “In A Little Tango” from that EP! Most if not all of the footage was of Steve Stoeckel and I, while we were actually recording this tune….so it’s “nearly live”….(but not really)…. I am so proud of this. It does not sound like The B’s……now does it?

Have I said Yay! Yet? YAY!

6/26/18–Coupons…..

The title track from my fist real solo cd entitled “Coupons, Questions, And Comments”. Self-released it actually got a lot of critical acclaim in mags like CMJ, Billboard and others. I did some touring for it-usually opening for Don Dixon-some good spots actually. My band was a core of maybe 6 rotating guys, and I always changed the band name-every gig. Maybe not such a good idea? 🙂 Ahh, youth. This song was about a big shot. Glad I did this record….

6/25/18–Too Much To Lose-New Carl Rosen!

I think this just came out wonderfully! A brand new production I did with my old bud Carl Rosen. Carl’s voice is simply better than ever and this tune is a great one for him to cover-perfect! Carl and I go way back…back to his first commercial release “The Tower”, which was on The Record Bar’s label Dolphin Records…..no easy feat to be signed to them. He has made a number of excellent records after and now is back in the driver’s seat again. Check out Carl Rosen on Facebook, Soundcloud, iTunes, Amazon and many others. New stuff to come later-plus re-releases for digital! Yay! Welcome back Carl!

6/19/18–Too Clever By Half…Live!

When I played a week or so ago at Ted’s in Willmington the host George Scheibner at WHQR was nice enough to come out to the show. He brought me a cd of the entire “Soup To Nuts” radio show that I did with him back in 2017. Allergy season when I did the show, of course-so my voice was ragged for most of it-but I was able to pull it off, mostly by being silly. Here’s the song “Too Clever By Half”, which actually came of pretty well. yay! Thanks George-you’re the man!
