This is a song that tells a great story of a scary girl named Georgia Rose….a clairvoyant. It’s originally from the play King Mackerel And The Blues Are Running (which they are in fact)by Jim Wann, Don Dixon, And Bland Simpson. I included this on my Jamie Two Ever cd. I love it!

I have worked with Bill Irwin for years and done lots of quality work-which continues today! Impulse Ride was the band he first brought to me in the 80’s-from Augusta. We did records along with Mark Williams at Reflection. We worked on this current EP entitled “Ride On” over a year or so together and I think it’s top-shelf! Go ye forth, and buy! “Irwin”. There is a long story involved with this track…and it’s a good one. I have always wanted to do my own take on “My Girl Bill” and here it is. I need to get my audiences to participate in this if I ever play it live–let them sing the back up vocals….ya think?
